Senior Project Manager/ Lead Civil Engineer:

What We’re Looking For a Senior Civil Engineer with proven track record of leadership to bridge the gap between complex technical engineering and high-level project management:

• Proven Track Record: 8+ years (minimum 5+ in Land Development) of experience. 

• Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage project lifecycles from initial concept to final bond release.

• Technical Authority:  Advanced mastery of grading, storm drainage, and utility infrastructure design. You provide the final technical "stamp" of excellence on our work.

• Operational Excellence: While you understand the power of the AutoCAD Autodesk suite, your real value lies in optimizing workflows and ensuring technical precision across the team.

• Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred for this leadership tier.
